REGION TONIGHT...WITH CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS DEVELOPING. AS A

RESULT...EXCELLENT RADIATIONAL COOLING CONDITIONS WILL CAUSE

TEMPERATURES TO FALL INTO THE 30S ACROSS SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA AND

NORTHEAST TENNESSEE. THESE COLD TEMPERATURES SHOULD CREATE AREAS

OF FROST AROUND SUNRISE...ESPECIALLY IN VALLEYS AND OTHER LOW
